I ordered these from zespa.fr and I’ve been happy with them so far. The soles feel good quality, solid without being too stiff — and the grip is decent, especially on smooth floors. After a few wears, even around the heel and edges, they still look fine. They’re not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m glad I bought them

I’d heard some really good things about Zespa, and after checking them out, I can see why people speak so highly of the brand. Their sneakers have that clean, well-made look without trying too hard, which I really like.

"Really nice shoes overall"
The leather feels really nice and they look even better in person. I did think they felt a tiny bit stiff at first, but that’s probably just the leather breaking in, and it’s really not a big deal. Overall, super happy with the quality.

"Refund was quick, but the communication could be clearer"
I had to cancel my order on zespa.fr, and I was already preparing myself for the usual online refund headache. What annoyed me a bit was that the communication around the cancellation wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first.

That said, the refund itself came through really fast. I saw the money back on my card within a few days, with no endless back and forth. So overall I’m happy with how they handled it, I just wish they were a bit clearer along the way.

"Fits better than I expected"

"Nice looking pair, but durability is just ok"
I ordered a pair from zespa.fr and they do look really nice. Delivery was smooth too, no issues there at all, so first impression was good.

After a few months of normal wear, the leather is still holding up fine, but the sole started wearing down quicker than I expected. Not awful or anything, just feels like for the price they should be a bit more solid. I’d give them around 3 stars, decent shoes but could definitley last longer.

Customer service did get back to me, though it took a bit longer than I was hoping. The response was okay and answered my question well enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just would’ve been nice if it had been a little quicker.

I ordered from zespa.fr the packaging was really well done. The box showed up clean, no dents or drama, and the shoes were properly protected inside.

I also liked that they didn’t go crazy with the packing stuff. Just enough paper and padding to keep everything in place, which was nice tbh.

It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes opening the order feel better. Simple, tidy, and no weird surprises, all good
